Presentation design studio

Your story deserves
better slides.

We turn complex ideas, rough content and half-finished decks into presentations people actually follow — and remember once the meeting is over.

Pitch decks, investor presentations, sales decks and presentation systems — built with founders and teams, one project at a time.

Three slides from the Classify-X investor deck: a platform ecosystem diagram, a vision slide and an about page.
A capability slide from the Zero One Creation deck listing the studio's engineering stack.

Selected work

of presentations

Two recent decks, both built to make a complicated business legible in the time someone is willing to give it. We publish work only with the client's permission, so this page stays short on purpose.

01

Classify-X

Product presentation · EdTech · LMS · 12 slides · 2025

Classify-X presentation: dark title slide on a tablet beside an ecosystem diagram slide, a mission slide and an about slide.

An AI learning platform with six moving parts, explained as one ecosystem instead of six feature lists.

  • Narrative structure
  • Product storytelling
  • Diagram & data design
  • Slide system

02

Zero One Creation

Company presentation · Product engineering studio · 2025

A studio that builds five different things, positioned around one point of view rather than a service list.

  • Positioning
  • Deck architecture
  • Visual system
  • Process design

Services

What do you
need help with?

Most projects start in one of four places. Tell us which one sounds like you and we'll take it from there.

01

I already have a deck.
Make it sharper.

Presentation redesign

The content is there. The slides are working against it — too much on every page, no hierarchy, charts nobody can read from the back of a room. We rebuild it so the point of each slide is the first thing you see.

  • Slide-by-slide rebuild
  • Hierarchy and typography pass
  • Charts and data visuals redrawn
  • Brand-aligned visual system

02

I have the idea, not the deck.
Build it with me.

Strategy, content and design

You have notes, a product and a meeting in the calendar. We work out what the deck needs to say, in what order, and then write and design it — so the narrative and the slides are decided together rather than one bolted onto the other.

  • Narrative and slide order
  • Copy written for every slide
  • Full visual design
  • Editable source files

03

My team needs a system.
Make it repeatable.

Custom presentation system

Five people building decks five different ways is a brand problem and a time problem. We build a master system your team can assemble decks from without a designer in the room.

  • Master slide layouts
  • Locked colour and type styles
  • Chart, table and icon library
  • Short usage guide for the team

04

I'm pitching investors.
Help me tell the story.

Pitch strategy and investor framing

Before anything gets designed, the story has to hold. We pressure-test the arc, the order and what belongs on each slide — including what to leave out and keep for the questions.

  • Narrative arc and slide order
  • Investor framing of the problem
  • What to show, what to hold back
  • Design handled end to end

Process

From rough idea to room-ready.

  1. 01

    Talk

A short call, or a written brief if that's easier. What are you presenting, who is in the room, and what has to be true by the time you finish speaking.

  2. 02

    Find the story

We work out what matters, what doesn't, and what the audience needs to understand first. The slide order gets decided here, before anything is designed.

  3. 03

    Build the deck

Structure, copy, visual direction and slide design come together. You see the direction on the first few slides rather than after twenty.

  4. 04

    Refine

You review, we revise. Wording, pacing, charts, the slides you decide to cut. This is where a good deck becomes one you're comfortable presenting.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Editable source files in the format you work in, with fonts and assets, so the deck is yours to present, update and reuse.

The studio

A presentation is a communication problem before it's a design one.

Sleek Slides is a small, founder-led presentation design studio. We spend as much time on what a deck says and the order it says it in as on how it looks — because a beautiful slide that buries the point still loses the room.

Most of our work starts with something unfinished: a product with too many parts to explain, a document that was never meant to be presented, or a deck that has been edited by six people. We're comfortable there.

You work with the designer

Direct, founder-led collaboration from the first call to the final file. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager.

Direction agreed early

You see the visual direction on the first few slides, so a mismatch is caught in day two rather than week two.

Revisions until it's right

Revision rounds are included until the deck is one you're comfortable presenting.

The files stay yours

Editable source files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Figma, with the fonts and assets used in the deck.

Not sure what your deck needs yet?

That's okay. Tell us what you're working on and we'll figure out the scope, the timeline and the next step together.

No commitment. We'll review the brief and come back with a clear next step.

Questions

Before you
ask

Anything not covered here, email the studio and you'll get a straight answer.

How much does a presentation cost?

It depends on the number of slides, whether you need the content written as well as designed, and how quickly you need it. We quote per project once we understand the scope, so you get a number, a timeline and a clear list of what's included — rather than a package you have to fit yourself into.

Do you write the content, or only design it?

Both, depending on what you need. Most people arrive with a rough outline, notes or an old deck. We can take that and write the narrative and the words on each slide, or we can work with copy you've already locked.

Can you redesign an existing PowerPoint?

Yes — that's one of the most common projects we take on. Send the file as it is. We'll tell you what we'd change and whether the deck needs a redesign, a restructure, or both.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are included until the deck is right. We review direction with you after the first few slides so a mismatch gets caught early instead of after twenty slides of work.

Can you work with tight deadlines?

Sometimes. First concepts usually land within 72 hours of kickoff, and a 15–20 slide deck typically takes 7–10 working days end to end. If you have a fixed date, tell us what it is and we'll say honestly whether we can hit it.

What files do I receive?

Fully editable source files in the format you work in — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Figma — along with the fonts and assets used in the deck. The presentation is yours to update whenever you need to.

Can you create reusable presentation templates?

Yes. We build master slide layouts with locked colour and type styles, plus a chart, table and icon library and a short usage guide, so your team can build on-brand decks without a designer in the room.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We'll sign yours before you share anything, or send you ours. We don't publish any work without written permission.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The studio is based in India and works remotely with clients worldwide, over email, WhatsApp and calls scheduled around your time zone.

Last thing

Have a deck that needs work?

Send it over. We'll read it properly and tell you what we'd change — whether or not you end up working with us.
